Carey is a Certified Health and Life Coach, Master Level Transformational Coach from Health Coach Institute, and a Clarity Catalyst Certified Trainer.

 

Carey holds an Associate Degree in Court and Conference Reporting from Lakeshore Technical College and a Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management, along with Development Dimensions, Inc. (DDI) certification to facilitate development programs in corporate environments.

She is passionate about wellness and personal development which has enabled her to hold a successful career in Human Resources facilitating leadership develop programs and being a thought leader with senior level executives in the corporate world. Carey’s vision is to help others be inspired and live their best lives now! Her drive for helping others and giving back has enabled her to live her best life and follow her calling in health coaching to enable others to live their best life!

 

She facilitates Personal Coaching Sessions with clients and is a trainer for the Clarity Catalyst, a course that is based on a Stanford University Masters Degree class in mindfulness and emotional intelligence. She teaches at different levels for kids, teens and adults. She also delivers the Catalyst training inside of corporations. In between sessions, she is an avid lover of nature and enjoys spending time outside whether it is digging in dirt, running, walking or hiking, and observing what nature has to offer!
